The following photos show the progress as of 11/11/03:
![Whole boat from front](pmc_photos/111103/whole_from_front.JPG)
The Acrux looks small when inside the shop (of course the wide angle
lens doesn't help)! Most of the fiberglass has been stripped
off.
![Bow
and port outrigger](pmc_photos/111103/bow_prt_outrgr.jpg)
The bow and port outrigger.
![Starboard
bottom](pmc_photos/111103/starbottom.JPG)
Starboard bottom of the boat.
![Front
deck](pmc_photos/111103/front_deck.JPG)
The front deck. Sure looks odd without the mast (the mast
mount
is just below and between the middle main cabin windows)!
Windows
are mostly removed from the main cabin, but not from the bathroom
yet.
![Front
deck 2](pmc_photos/111103/front_deck2.JPG)
Another view from the front deck, looking aft.
![Aft deck](pmc_photos/111103/aft_deck.JPG)
Looking port across the aft deck. The mizzen mast mount is in
the
upper right. Windows have yet to be removed, with the
exception
of the very far one.
![Aft end](pmc_photos/111103/aft_end.JPG)
Aft end of the Acrux. We are putting on a sugar scoup, so PMC
cut
out a section, I presume to see how hard it was to attach it.
![Port
outrigger](pmc_photos/111103/port_outrigger.JPG)
Looking aft down the port outrigger.
![Starboard outrigger](pmc_photos/111103/star_outrigger.JPG)
Looking aft down the starboard outrigger.
![Outside of port outrigger](pmc_photos/111103/port_outrggr_ext.JPG)
Outside of the port outrigger. There is a fair amount of wood
here that needs to be replaced.
![Starboard side](pmc_photos/111103/starboard_side.JPG)
Forward end of the starboard side of the Acrux.
![Starboard side.](pmc_photos/111103/staroutrigger.JPG)
Aft end of the starboard side. Not as much soft wood here as
on
the port side, but there is still work that needs to be done here.
![Main
cabin deck](pmc_photos/111103/main_cbn_deck.JPG)
Main cabin deck, looking aft and port from the starboard front.
![Burn spot](pmc_photos/111103/burn_spot.JPG)
Looking through the burned hole into the main cabin.
