The following is the yield/productivity table for selected blocks of our wheat.

Notes:

1. Since each block is a square meter, the yield/sq meter/day can be read directly from the table.
2. Wheat kcalories is based on 3.33 kcal/gm
3. Kcal/day is based on a 75 day planting to harvest cycle; this is only an average of the amount of time it took for the wheat to grow. Note this has no bearing on when the wheat was actually harvested.
4. Only selected blocks were analyzed.
5. R=row number; B= block number. Rows started in the NW corner of the garden.
