When I began hanging around Ray and later the twins, many people said how lucky I was. Then when Ray and I got married, people again said how lucky I was and what a good family I was marrying into. They were right. Florence was a big reason for that. She did not do things to try to attract attention. Instead, when she saw a need she just got busy. That was true in her work with the Subsistence Council as well as her other conservation interests and her life in general. Yes, I'm lucky, but we all are for knowing Florence. The large number of people here show how much she touched the communities where she lived. Thank you all for coming. She will be missed.
