We migrated to our current machine during 2002. By the end of the summer 2002 version 2.0 was pretty well functional.
During the fall and early winter 2002 we progressed to version 2.1
2003 - minor corrections and modifications pushed the version up to 2.2

We used to maintain an upgrade history
of the
building of this web page, for those who are interested--but found it
too time consuming to keep up so it is very badly out of date..
